The scan at 20 weeks!
This week, the baby started kicking. Yep, Bridgitte has been awoken at 4am for the past 2 or so nights with a bump and a kick and a tap in her belly. Quite exciting, but if this is going to go on for the next 4 months or so, this would be good practise of what is to come after the birth – the 3 month period where you have sleepless nights, and so forth – well, that is what they say.
But since we had our 20 week scan on Thursday and I was there to record all – here is the video. It is a bit short, but it seems that the gynae is happy.
In 2 weeks time we’ll be going for the detail scan which is where they’ll look at the organs and everything else in great detal. Now that is going to be a popcorn-eating-coke-drinking-sit-back-and-enjoy video to see.
